Can I mark an appointment as “Payment Has Been Collected” even for in-office appointments?

Yes, you can change the status of an in-office appointment to reflect that the payment has been collected.

  1. First, visit the “My Practice” tab and select “Appointments”.


  2. Click on the appointment from your calendar that you would like to mark as “Payment Collected”.


  3. Mark the checkbox as “Payment Has Been Collected”.
