How do I approve or decline an appointment?

Here are the steps to change the status (approve or decline) your appointment request:

  1. Visit your Notifications by clicking on the “Notification” icon located at the top right corner of your navigation menu. Click on “View all notifications” and you will be directed to your notification page.


  2. You can view appointment requests by clicking on the “here” button in the text description of the notification.

     
  3. You will be able to set the status of the appointment to “Approve” or “Decline”.
