How do I create a billable telehealth session and charge my client’s credit card?

  1. Visit “My Practice” and select “Appointments” from the dropdown menu.


  2. Click on “Add Appointment” and fill out the information for the session with your client. 
    1. Client’s name
    2. Select the service
    3. Appointment type
    4. Appointment pricing
    5. Appointment duration
    6. Date of the appointment
    7. Time of the appointment
    8. Payment option


  3. Under the section “Payment Option”, you can select “I’ll Charge Client’s Credit Card”  to charge their card.
  4. Click on the “Add New Appointment” button at the bottom.


  5. Once you have created an appointment, select the “Receive Payment” button and a new window will open. Click on “Collect Payment” to receive the payment from your client.
