How do I create an in-office visit with my client?

  1. Open your calendar by clicking on “My Practice” and selecting “Appointments”.


  2. Select “Add Appointment” located at the right corner above your calendar and fill out the appointment details.


  3. You will be asked to enter the following information-

    1. Client’s name
    2. Select the service 
    3. Appointment type
    4. Appointment pricing
    5. Appointment duration
    6. Date of the appointment
    7. Time of the appointment
    8. Payment option

  4. A confirmation message will appear stating that your appointment has been scheduled.
