How do I schedule telehealth appointments for my clients?

Be sure to set up your calendar availability and the services that you offer before scheduling telehealth appointments. You will then want to add your client and share the access code with your client so that they can create a Therapy Live account to join sessions.

  1. Hover your mouse over “My Practice” and select “Appointments” from the drop-down menu.


  2. Click on the “Add Appointment” button.


  3. You will be asked to enter the following information.

    1. Client’s name
    2. Select the service 
    3. Appointment type - select “Encrypted Video Session”
    4. Appointment pricing
    5. Appointment duration
    6. Date of the appointment
    7. Time of the appointment
    8. Payment option
  4. Click on the “Add Appointment” button to schedule an appointment.


  5. A confirmation message will appear stating that your appointment has been scheduled.
