System messages are the notifications generated by our Therapy Live system. For example, system messages will let you know the status of your appointments, including approved, declined, requested, or those messages that are awaiting your response.
Here are the steps to access your system messages:
- Click on the “Message” icon on the top right corner of your screen or click on “Open message center” under the “Message” section in your Dashboard. This will open your mailbox.
- Select “System” from the left menu options under the header “Compose”.
