What is the difference between a Quick Session and a Scheduled Billable Telehealth Session?

Authors list

Therapy Live provides you with two ways to securely connect with your clients via telehealth: a Quick Session and a Scheduled Billable Telehealth Session. Both are encrypted and secure.

A Quick Session is a secure telehealth session that does not include billing or scheduling prior to hosting the session. With a Quick Session you are able to generate a secure link with a password to pass along to your client and instantly connect through a telehealth session. A Quick Session link is only valid for up to 24 hours and each link is specific and encrypted.

A Scheduled Billable Telehealth Session on the other hand, is just what it’s name implies. This type of secure session allows your client to schedule sessions based on your calendar availability, the services you offer, and the fees that you set, and also receive direct payouts from the system.
