When scheduling a telehealth appointment can I change the price?

When creating a telehealth appointment you can override appointment pricing. 

  1. From the “My Practice” tab, select “Appointments” from the drop-down menu.


  2. Click on “Add Appointment” and fill out the information for the session with your client.
    1. Client’s name
    2. Select the service
    3. Appointment type
    4. Appointment pricing
    5. Appointment duration
    6. Date of the appointment
    7. Time of the appointment
    8. Payment option


  3. Add the amount you would like to set under the section “Do you want to override the appointment pricing?”
