Where can I create a session note for my client?

To create a session note for your client, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the “My Practice” tab and select “Clients” from the drop down list. Here you will be able to view a list of your clients.


  2. Click on the name of your client that you would like to create a session note.


  3. Now click on “Add New Session Note” under the heading “Client Appointment History” and a new popup window will open.


  4. Fill out the appointment details of your client:
    1. Select the service
    2. Appointment type
    3. Appointment pricing
    4. Appointment duration
    5. Amount collected
    6. Date of the appointment
    7. Time of the appointment
  5. Click on “Add New Session Note” and you will see a popup confirming that a new appointment was added.


  6. Click on “View” next to the appointment that you had created.


  7. Now you will be directed to enter the session notes for that particular appointment. Click on "Save Form" or "Submit" to save all the changes.
