Where can I view my appointment requests and how do I change the status of an appointment once it's completed?

  1. Click on the “Message” icon on the top right corner of your navigation menu or click on “Open message center” under the “Message” section in your Dashboard. This will open your mailbox.


  2. You can view all of your appointment requests by selecting “System” from the left menu bar. This will provide you with a list of appointments generated through your Therapy Live account.

     
  3. For messages that are awaiting your response, you can choose the status of the appointment by opening the message and selecting one of the options located at the bottom of the message text. These options include “Appointment Completed”, “Client No-Show/No Refund”, “Client No-Show/Full Refund”, or “My No-Show/Full Refund”.
